How I like to eat Broccoli Rabe:

drizzle some oil a little bit of lemon juice salt and pepper to taste, place on top of a toasted slice of sourdough bread and enjoy! You can also saute them in some oil and garlic for a couple of minutes after steaming ad always use olive oil !

How I cook my Broccoli Rabe:

I like to steam them and freeze them to always have them available and ready.

  1. Rinse your broccoli rabe throughly

  2. Cut them so they can fit in your INSTANT POT

  3. I like to put about an inch of water in the bottom of the pot and then I place a stainless steel VEGETABLE STEAMER

  4. I like to set my INSTANT POT for 1 Minute as I like to preserve some of the bite to the broccoli rabe.
