Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

Our normal order processing time is 2 business days.  During holidays and sales this can be extended up to 5 business days.  We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays and Government Holidays and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped.  Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times and delays.  

Our shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail estimates and all orders include delivery confirmation and insurance in case of damage or loss (where available).  

Please keep in mind when ordering to make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather. We strongly urge you to retrieve delivered packages as soon as possible, especially in extreme temperatures. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and In the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. Whipped scrubs can be whipped back up with a fork once cool.

DAMAGE: Please snap us a photo of the damaged package within 3 days of order arriving.  We insure all packages and will need to submit proof to the carrier to be reimbursed.  All claims will be handled on our end and a replacement will be sent to you. We cannot replace damaged items without a photo to submit to our shippers.  

LOST OR STOLLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the delivery address specified on the order. With local deliveries we take a photo of your package by your door or steps as a proof of delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: Our shipping program automatically downloads the address you entered at checkout into our shipping program.  Please double check that your address is entered correctly.  We cannot refund orders for shipments sent to an incorrect address.  If a misaddressed package is returned to us we will reach out for a correct address and invoice you for the cost of a second delivery charge.

If you are not Happy with what you Ordered: We are happy to offer an exchange on unopened items for shop credit.  Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.  Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after date of purchase. 

International shipping:

We are currently only shipping within the US.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient.  We have a full ingredient listing for every product, please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering.  If you have any questions please email us and we will be more than happy to address any concern. If there is a legitimate issue with your order such as a broken item, we definitely want to make it right, so please contact us!
